Cost-effective, easy-to-install edge protection for new builds. The EBA New Build Soffit Mount Bracket is designed to attach to the soffit sprocket or bearer, as well as the gable-end outrigger on new constructions. It’s also suitable for mono-pitch trusses, allowing direct mounting to the top chord on roof pitches up to 20 degrees. With adjustable positioning, the EBA provides excellent clearance for timber and metal fascia systems and accommodates all gutter profiles — simply set it at the required distance from the fascia. For builders looking to reduce per-metre roof edge protection costs, the EBA offers a cost-effective alternative to scaffolding without compromising compliance or safety.

Installation
The bracket is attached to a 90x45mm framing member using 3 × 50mm tek screws.
If the member is undersized, it can be packed to suit, or a 90x45mm block can be added to the side for temporary fitment of the edge protection system.
Its smart, non-intrusive design ensures no interference with wall framing or cladding, allowing work to continue efficiently while maintaining full safety compliance.
